1. Seller and contract

The shop is operated by Star Cash & Carry S.L. Orders are recorded when the purchase is confirmed and the relevant information is sent to the customer.

2. Minimum age

Customers must be at least 16 years old to enter into a purchase contract.

3. Delivery

The currently stated standard delivery charge for Spain is €5.90. Final delivery terms should be confirmed before launch.

4. Payment

The shop is prepared for card payments through Stripe and PayPal once credentials are added in Hostinger.

5. Returns

Consumers have the withdrawal rights provided by applicable law. Hygiene and food-safety exceptions may apply to unsealed products.

6. Warranty

Applicable statutory rights cover defective goods and transport damage. Review these terms against the final legal version before publication.
