Sat-Isabgol, a natural plant product, is obtained from isabgol seeds through a crushing process. 

It is the upper layer of Plantago Ovato (Ispagul) highly purified by Sifting and Winnowing. 

5-10g. (1-2 tablespoons) Sat-Isabgol can be taken freely with a glass of water, syrup, milk, fruit juice or salty cottage cheese or yogurt or yogurt smoothie as needed.
